I.COM is the Innovation Centre of Mental Health & Technology and is part of the Trimbos-institute. I.COM aims to promote the use of e-mental health to improve the quality and accessibility of care for people with psychological problems. The centre carries out projects in fields of policy, research and practice and strives for a concentration of strengths by exchanging knowledge and expertise between researchers, policymakers and professionals in the field. This website serves as a meeting point for the interchange and creation of knowledge.

'Mentaal Vitaal' Working together at mental strength
Recently I.COM started a new programme 'Mentaal Vitaal'. This innovative programme includes 13 projects and 6 new web-based interventions. The purpose of Mentaal Vitaal is to ensure that the least possible number of people suffer from depression. Therefore 'Mentaal Vitaal' makes use of new technology and methods that are applied through the internet.
